Molecular glue for degrading cyclin K

A publication in Nature about how CR8 acts as a molecular glue to degrade cyclin K, featuring the chemical work from our FMI guest Dakota Suchyta.

Dakota Suchyta is an American chemist that joined the group of Nicolas Thomä as a Post Doc at the FMI. As they are a structural biology group, their equipment for performing chemical synthesis was not good enough, which led to a collaboration between our groups, and Dakota working part-time in our labs at the Department of Chemistry.

The nature publication about CR8 acting as a molecular glue to degrade cyclin K is showcasing some of his synthetic work, and we are congratulating him and his coworkers for this success! Keep up the good work, Dakota!
